How to write your dedication

In the box below, you can write your dedication for someone who was a special light in your life.

There's no right or wrong thing to write: you simply have to type in what you want to say. But if you want some inspiration, you can look at what other people have written in memory of their loved ones.

 

Once you've written your dedication, you'll get a chance to preview it before it goes live, so you can be sure you're happy with it.

You'll then be able to move on to Step 2 where you'll be invited to make a donation to the Hospice - however small - which will help us continue the specialist care we offer terminally ill patients and their families.
